Conversion rates/Exchange rates

How do I check the current coversion rates being applied by Upwork for USD to INR? 

I don't want to have to wait to withdraw my money to find out how much is being lost in conversions.

Help me out

Hi Ananya!

If you go to "My Jobs -> Get Paid -> Get Paid Now", and then select your payment method, you will see the latest exchange rate used by UpWork at the bottom of that pop-up screen, for instance this is what I see for USD/EUR

Last Exchange Rate

0.8674 USD/EUR (As of Jun 5, 2020 14:00 +0200)

If you don't want to withdraw money at that moment, just click cancel and you're done!

But I cannot see the live conversion rate from my indian bank account to Upwork USD rate,
How can i get conversion rate from USD charged by client to INR rate
