Hello! My friend cleared cookies and can’t access the Upwork website. What to do?

Clearing cookies does not prevent you from accessing Upwork.

Just enter your username and password.

She can't get in. Each time they require a secret question, she answers the
question correctly, but she still can’t enter

It is not a "secret" question.

It is a security question. It asks her something that she is supposed to know.

If she is answering correctly, then she can log in.

The only reason she would not be able to log in is if she does NOT know her correct password and/or the answer to the security question.

If she really does not know, then she will need to get help from Upwork Customer Support. They will NOT talk to you about somebody else's account, of course.

By the way, what is the security question that she is being asked?
