Hi guys,

I have a question please, when I buy my monthly plus plan it should be 80 connects but I always receive 70 only, may I know where the rest of the connects please? anyone knows?

Hi Rami,

If you choose to upgrade your account from Basic to Plus, your free Connects will be prorated. This means that we'll allocate them based on time, or specifically, on how many days have already passed during your billing cycle. You can find more information in this help article.
