Could not get paid due to 100 USD limit

Hi, sorry for bothering you. I am a new freelancer at UpWork. I have an issue regarding the get paid. The client paid 100 USD and so it means my balance was 100 USD. Afterwards, I clicked on "get paid". I could not get paid and it was rejected and re-balanced to my Upwork profile. 

Therefore, how can I get paid and set my payment method?
