Couldn't able to accept the offer

One client sent me an offer and whenever I am trying to accept that it's showing like this 
"You cannot join this team until the client adds a complete address. Please wait until the client does so."

So how can I help my client to completing his address?

Your client needs to add their address by going to their Settings > My info > Company contacts.
