Couldn't sign in!

Hi! Yesterday I've send my profile but it was decline with bellow reason:

Please edit your profile and then resubmit for review.


When I press on the "Check these support messages for more details." I'm redirecting to the "request page" without any additional information and there is text "No requests found.", please, could you help me with this issue?
