Creating a Freelancer account to my existing Client profile

I have an existing Client account but I want to add a  Freelancer Profile but I receive a message in the settings page that states ..."You must update your address before you can create a new Freelancer account". I have my company email address already updated. But, it still will not allow me to add a Freelancer account.
