Creating a new account

I am trying to create an account but get the message ...This number is being used by another account .....when I input my phone number at the end? Can you  help

Hi Alan,

Please keep in mind that freelancers are allowed to have only one account. Opening more than one account is a violation of our TOS. 
I would suggest closing your new account as soon as possible. Thank you.

Hi I don't remember creating an old account..or if I did then have
forgotten? How do I find out if indeed I have an old account ( yes, of
course I only require one.)
