Creating a profile while having one letter in name without a second or middle name.

Hello, there is a friend who wants to submit a profile on Upwork for review but is unable. He has only one letter in his name "Sultan" (the same is on his legal documents as ID card, passport, and academic documents)  and doesn't contain any middle or second name. How can you assist in this regard? Please help. Does Upwork have the policy to accept a profile with only one letter in name without a second or middle name? Can we only keep the first name mandatory and a second or middle name only optional for convenience in such cases.
