I'm trying to create an account but apparently there is no option for Translation English French.

Hi Rene,

Please clear your cache and cookies or log in with another browser to check if you`re able to add the skills separately. Once you type ''Translation'' it should offer you a drop-down list that you can choose from. 

Let us know if the issue persists.

 I can see the list, but there is no option for Translation English French.

Please select the ''Translation'' category first and then type it in the skill(screenshot for the reference).
