Credited Balance Does Not Match My Earnings Report

Why are some of my salaries not credited to my balance? For example, I should be receiving $1178.3 based on my earnings report but only 652.96 is credited to my balance. Why is that? And where can I ask for help?

Go to your Reports Overview page, where you should be able to see where all your money is. Funds are processed in different ways depending on whether it is an hourly contract or a fixed-rate one,

Your "available" balance only includes money that has been earned, processed, and is ready to withdraw.

Both are hourly contracts and I can't see where the other money goes based on the Reports Overview Page. 😞 It just shows the pending money for this week but not the other missing earnings. Who should I talk to for help? I'm sorry I'm just new to freelancing.
