Credits spent on (fake?) project that was almost immediately closed should be returned to my account

I used 6 credits to put in a proposal for a project posting that was two hours old. Later that same day the project was closed without receiving any other proposals (I believe.) So I lost 6 credits for a project that was never going to happen apparently.

I think I should have these credits refunded to my account.
