I know this topic has come up a few times, but I'd like to offer a suggestion that I think may be a good solution for everyone.
I would like to see something on the Reports > Overview screen that shows us the amount in USD earned (as it is now) with a mouse over OR smaller text showing the estimated payout in our local currency.
The same idea should be added to any report screens that clients may see.
In fact I think this would be a great improvement as a mouse over function on any screen where a price is shown.
To be clear, Upwork should remain USD based and functionally this suggestion changes nothing.
Just asking for a little helper popover for currency conversion.
You could even update the currency rates once a day, I don't care, it's just for estimating.
At the moment I have to copy/paste the values into a converter.
This would save me a few seconds, and I think make a lot of people happy.
