Custom Proposal Dilemma

What is the right strategy to send the proposal? If I write a custom proposal for every job it takes at least 5-7 minutes, meanwhile there are 15+ proposals already submitted on the job, it is close to impossible to get hired by submitting a proposal after15-20 proposals. writing a generic proposal is also nothing but a waste of time, What is the solution?

Ps. I am a top-rated freelance graphic designer, It's very hard to get hired, I have wasted a lot of hard-earned money buying connects, Please guide.

Best Wishes,
Asadullah

Hi Asadullah, what you can do is to have a generic proposal, not to start the complete proposal from scratch; then you can approach the client needs for that specific project. You are a designers, that doesn't vary from client to client, put that in the generic proposal, add the specific software for the specific project, talk about the deadline and similar projects you completed. That wouln't take more than 2 minutes.
