Customer Support agent not responding

Hello,

I opened up a Customer Support request on July 8th, and have not had any further communication from the agent who was dealing with my ticket for 13 days now, despite having left three unanswered messages during that period.

I don't know if you are being sarcastic or not... but that is inappropriate.

 

If you have any questions, feel free to ask your questions in this thread. Or wait until you hear from Upwork Customer Support.

My intention was not to be sarcastic, but just to add a little levity to the situation.

Okay... you had no ill intention. But let's avoid that particular line of levity in the future.
