Can you give link to Contacts page? With eml\phone. Have found contact page with enterprise phone support. For freelancers proposed Chatbot only.

Live chat\Chatbot\Tickets down, this all works via chatbot options.

Social media unusable as private info will be sent.

Upwork's customer support is not email-centric. Nor is it phone-centric.

I strongly advise you to not try to initiate contact with Support via phone or email.

"Get support" option works now, the issue is no longer urgent.

But I would like to have other ways of communication in such a case.
