Customer support email.

There is no way to directly contact an agent on the upwork platform. What are you supposed to do in urgent situations when you need a fast response.

To whom it may concern;

Good afternoon, my name is Lurdes, I hope this message finds you well.
It is my client (and even mine) first time using upwork platform and we didnโ€™t know I had to be adding the worktimes daily directly in upwork. Now we are in this situation; we want to finalize the contract but we donโ€™t know how to manage the payment.
How can we fix it?

Gosh, Upwork, you really do need a support mail or something. Any small company offers a direct contact, but it's impossible to reach out to you!

Well you can act a fool like I did and email bomb there press email until it forces them to address your concern and post on Google play your experience. I had so many issues with the chat bot. It's directives list to reach the next script check point we're complicated and suggested I tap on the three dots in the right hand corner that are always looming on the app to report user messages. We'll there's not that option on any of the button icons in the whole app. Ideally the 3 dots are for refresh only. .. I specifically complained in my issue report after 2 or 3 correspondence with the press staff and them handing me over to there security group that they absolutely need to put an email link to customer care like ever single web page has.

I am also trying to contact customer support. I have concerns for when i'm hiring talent out of India. It is showing as me hiring a woman, but then it turns out I'm hiring an organization and this person likely doesn't even exist. As a women-run business who wanted to conciously give work to a woman, it's unnerving that Upwork does not have any sort of verification process for their freelancers. There seem to be companies creating multiple accounts and then also controlling the pricing. 

 

I also hired a freelancer who said they could do the required job at an hourly rate, and then completed about 2% of the task in the 12 hours I paid for. How do you protect yourself from things like this happening? It was a complete waste of money and I feel like I had no recourse.

Two things. 1) Can't join the Talent AI Bundle seminar. I get a 404 error if I go to the link page provided in the email after I registered. 

 
If I go to the events page, I get a link that is greyed out. See below
 
2) If I go to help and support, I can't get anywhere that allows me to raise a ticket. 
 
Will you send a link to the event or the video afterward?

Hello, I have tried to verify my Identity countless times but to no avail. Each time i get to taking a selfie with my mobile phone or laptop no matter how i try it never gets successful. I am using Voter Id (Voters Card) and from Nigeria. Please, what is the problem?

Sir plz help me i have completed my first job on upwork and submitted the task but still no payment , client not replying the messages. What i should do?

I checked your account and can see that you already submitted work on the completed milestone. The client now has 14 days to request for submission or approve the project. If after 14 days they don't do either, the payment will be automatically released to you.

Since mid-2022 upwork has become more tainted than a Patpong streetwalker.

Why is it:

-nearly impossible to contact anyone human and/or useful behind the upwork curtain? Am I living in the movie Brasil?

-particularly vexing to try to search for any job? because every successive click of another page randomly changes the search parameters

-never remembering anything about listings that I've hidden, let alone the reason why I've hid them?

-allowed to function in the United States with such an opaque kraken of managerial-types?

-not even letting me post in this forum? WHERE IS THE POST OPTION? 

-many more items, but it's all so tiresome

URGENT!!!

If upwork support is viewing it, please reach out to me since I am experiencing a very unique issue that can't be handled by chat bot or anything. I am shairng the screenshot of the issue that cannot validate my billing method and I have been trying to reach out to support for since yesterday and have important interview procedures that can't wait. Even when I update my billing method it would still say the same. When I purchased connects it took the money but later my account got suspended, I do not understand why!

Hello

I want to get my ID verified and I have submitted my ID card severally, hoping to get an email soon each time that my ID had been verified . But I never did.

 

Whenever I checked the ID verification page again, all I see is a request to submit my ID again. This has become a loop. How do we fix this please?
