Hi! I already reached $10 000 of my earnings (one client). Why am I still getting a 10% deduction of my weekly salary?

And hours logged (NOT "paid") after you passed the $10k will be at 5%. You'll see that once those funds move to Pending.

The only exception would be if your client were an Enterprise client, which they are not.
