Date pending in "Pending Withdrawals"

As you can see in the picture, there sould be the date mentioned to when the amount will be withdrawable, but instead there is written "Pending", what is that? Its been 12 hours since the client approved those earnings. Help needed!

That is perfectly normal. Upwork does charging runs, so often bonuses etc show as "pending" without a date for up to 24 hours.

If it still shows like that after more than 24 hours, it means that the client's payment method could not be charged (declined transaction.)

So after 24 hours, if it still says "Pending", then how will the client correct this problem?
