No, it's the other way round. Lower visibility in the search (because of a very low Job Success Score, for example) leads to less invites. You are mixing up cause and effect.

In case you meant whether you turning down invites lowers your search placing: The answer is still No, it does not. The likely reason for a poor placing in the search results is your very low JSS.
