A client accidentally asked for a refund, I would like to decline and then he will accept to release the funds. I have talked with them and they are okay with it. but I cannot see the decline button. How do I do it?

As I said, they have 30 days from when payment was made.
If what you have is theirs and belongs to them (what is it?) then not giving it to them would give them grounds to report you and dispute.

Can they push for it later?
Because at the moment, I have something of theirs and I noticed that before giving them. so I am afraid if I give them what I have, later they might push for the refund.
Can they do that?
