Hi,
I was wondering if I can decline or ignore a refund request in which the client accused me for not uploading the code to github which is not true as I uploaded the work three months ago. I even told him back then.
Thanks in advance!

Do you have the code? Can you offer to send him a zip file?
As for that silly refund request... If this is a request he sent about a contract to that closed three months ago... The request has no teeth. No power behind it. You can decline the request. But we always want to be polite and professional.

I totally agree, being polite and professional is the right answer. I will follow your suggestion and resend the code in zip. Thanks for your answer I am relieved.
