Decreased JSS

Can anyone tell me if not having any clients for the last 2-3 months can affect my JSS score? 

If not then what is the reason of decreasing? My score was 93% and it's 89% now.

No, not having new contracts has nothing to do with it. It's how your current contracts move through the calculation windows, and what the respective private feedback was.

The thing is I don't have any contracts right now and that's why it's weird. I wonder if this can be fixed 🤔

Ok, after reading this "a contract will no longer count in your six-month JSS window once it is six months and one day old" it gets clear now.

Yes. Remember that Upwork will calculate based on a 3 / 6 / 12 and 24 month window.
