Deduction of payment

My total payment was 33.4 dollars before approval and now its is hardly 25 dollars. Can anyone explain why this have been deducted?

Thank you for reaching out. As a freelancer, you’ll pay a sliding fee based on your total lifetime billings with a client. The service fee was 20% of the total amount you earned. You can learn more about service fees here.
