Dektop app not letting me to log in the App on MAc.

I have been an issue with my desktop app on mac. Actually I am not able to log in through the app nor it is asking for any permission to access camera and all. I tried reinstalling it 5 times but still, the issue not resolved. Need an immediate solution. It is giving an unknown error promptly.
