Delay in Job Postings

Hello,

When I refresh my job feed like every 10 seconds the posted time of the jobs is always over 10-13 minutes ago . I click on it within seconds and it shows more than 5 or sometimes 50 people have applied already. I dont understand how they can get access  to the post before the ten minutes, even when i continually refresh my search. I mean sometimes it says 50 proposals have been submitted and 2 or 3 invites have already been sent out within seconds.

Appreciate any advice. Im also using an app and this was having the same delay.

I believe people are bidding on the project globally. So some spikes in certain time of the day might be possible. However if that is frequent that 50+ immediately pop up than you might want to report the same to Upwork. Intresting post you can refer Bot to send proposals .
