Hey, I requested my payment on 17 July on Wednesday this week. 2 days have been passed and neither did I receive my payment nor the email about the processing of the payment. Should I contact customer support about it?

No. It is meant to take 2 - 5 business days, and support can not do anything until 8 business days have passed.
