Delayed Payment

This is the second time I am contacting Upwork help center. My withdrawal initiated 2 weeks ago on 28th of August, 2019 has not been resolved yet and I have not received my payments of 80.91$ with Reference ID : 255496712 and another withdrawal of 35.21$ on the same date with Reference ID : 255496905.
Kindly resolve this issue of delay in payment as it has been more than 10 business days and I need the payment ASAP now to pay my bills.

Sorry to hear that mate!

 

The forum is unable to help you with that issue! Typically payments are processed within 24  to 48 hours. it has been like that for me for almost 8 years and I never had one payment missed.

 

Did you contact your bank? Some banks require you to go to the branch and request the release of your funds. They may be available but simply waiting to be claimed.
