Delayed Payment

Hi there!

Am experiencing funds delay, I made the withdrawal on 3rd February but I have received the payment yet, it normally takes a few hours for it to reflect on my Mpesa. I have called Mpesa provider and they don't have it in the system.

Kindly assist.
