Hi Karen,
Before you can close your account, you will need to withdraw all of your proposals and close your contracts. Once you do this, you may attempt to close your account or reach out again if you still need help from our end.

Luiggi, To the best of my knowledge I have no open or unpaid contracts, proposals, etc. pending through Upwork. Any guidance as to how to close out my account and be done with Upwork once and for all? Thanks, Karen Kelly
