Deleting my PRofile and PResence on Upwork

After all the abuse I've taken from the UPwork community I'd like to delete my entire presence from Upwork. ANy guidance from the community? Thanks, Karen Kelly

Hi Karen,

Before you can close your account, you will need to withdraw all of your proposals and close your contracts. Once you do this, you may attempt to close your account or reach out again if you still need help from our end.

Luiggi, To the best of my knowledge I have no open or unpaid contracts, proposals, etc. pending through Upwork. Any guidance as to how to close out my account and be done with Upwork once and for all? Thanks, Karen Kelly

Hi Karen,

I would be happy to help. I checked and it looks like you still have three active contracts on your account. You can find your active contracts on this page. You can end your contract by following the steps below. 

• Go to My Jobs
• Click the contract's title
• Select the (...) options menu
• Click End contract

I would also like to let you know that you should withdraw all proposals and ensure all payments have been received and withdrawn before you can close your account.
