Desktop App can't track the time

Hi everyone!

My desktop app can't track time. It looks like the hours are loading but it doesn't show anything. I've attached a screenshot. Please help. Thank you.

Please try following our troubleshooting steps listed on this Help Article. If you`re still experiencing the same problem after this please submit a ticket from the app directly. You can do this by clicking on the Settings Cog > Support & Feedback. By submitting a ticket from the app your logs will be included as well and our team will be able to investigate and assist you further. Thank you.
