Desktop App not working

I  am having trouble with the Upworks App. I have downloaded it on my computer (Apple) and my husbands (PC). The same thing happens on both. It downloads, allows me to login with Google, but it never goes past "One moment please."  Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Reidun,

 

Please go to Settings > Connected Services > and disconnect your profile. Once this is done try to log in with your username or email and password. Thank you.
