Desktop Time Tracker App Not Opening on my Laptop

Hi, I've tried to follow everything for troubleshooting but timetraxker app on my laptop is still not opening up. Please help

Could you please confirm if you've tried the troubleshooting steps listed here? If so, could you also please try reinstalling the Desktop App?

Yes I already did that couple of times.

Please help me. My desktop app is not working, I've tried to uninstall it many times then reinstall but it's still not working. I did follow everything as well as the basic troubleshooting but still didn't work. Please help.
