Desktop app copy paste not working

Unable to copy and paste anything into my cover letter. Using Microsoft Edge browser...even tried Chrome?? Can anyone offer any help on this? First time it ever happened was yesterday. Thank you.

Hey Sarah,

This could be a glitch.

Try restarting your desktop/laptop and see if there's an update needed. (Close edge & open it again and check if your clipboard is working now) 

Also, is it just a cover letter that you are unable to copy/paste? If so, log out from Upwork for a bit & re-login. Hope it works.
