My desktop app is locked on the last time I used it as the client had already ended the contract. Now, I can't open the contract list to log time on another contract.
I did uninstall and re-install the app, but nothing changed. Please help.

Hi Muzdalifah,
Are you able to access open the settings for the desktop app by clicking on the settings cog? If yes please go to advance and clear the cache.
