Desktop app - scrollbars

To the best of my ability I couldn't find where to report Upwork desktop application bug.

At some point it started showing these ugly scrollbars (see attached screenshot) and I have no idea how to get rid of them. No idea what caused them to appear as well. Restarting the app and even whole computer doesn't remove them. Operating system is Windows 10, application is at the latest version.
