Desktop app update issue (linux version)

Hello,

Desktop App is trying to update like every 15 mins, however fails with the following error in log:

Error: Transaction check error:
file /usr/share/applications/upwork.desktop from install of upwork-5.3.3-883.x86_64 conflicts with file from package Upwork-5.3.3-139.x86_64

```

Running on Fedora 30 (Kernel 5.0.17-300.fc30.x86_64), worked flawlesly for last couple of years untill now.

Please advise.
