Hello, Hope you all keeping well,
I ordered a Clickfunels automation for a subscription webpage.
After the 1st phase was delivered, we notice that 100's of emails are hitting our inbox daily.
I asked the seller to fix that bug, but he claims that he can not do anything about it because his developer resigned and His account is suspended,
We are not very sure about these claims as we hired him regardless of other people that help him.
After several months with the issue and no intent from the seller to find a solution we consider that we must file a dispute how to proceed in upwrok as we believe it's necessary to keep the trust in the suppliers that they deliver as promised and fix their issues accordingly,
