Diagram in Excel

I want to make a diagram exactly like the attached one in excel file, if possible. If is there any other solution please help me out on this.

Not sure what you're asking. Your profile claims you are very experienced in Excel, so you should be able to do it yourself. OR you could open a client account and hire someone to do it for you.

Hmmm somebody took a job and doesn't know how to do it, but feels a  couple of forum users should do it for him? Not the way this works.
