i Should Get 10 Connects After Winning an interview and Replying to it , well i didn't Get any Connects ?  does it take time or there is some kind of mistake ?

I'm not getting connects after job interviews at all. Currently, I'd interviewed for 2 jobs but still, I haven't received the connects for those jobs. How will I apply to new jobs then? I'm out of connects now. I even had to purchase some connects because of this. Kindly look into this issue carefully.

Upwork changed their policy so they are no longer giving free connects for all interviews, so yes, you will need to buy connects.

That is a good update I think this should help in descreasing the number of fake posts. I am glad people who have been tricking the system won't be able to do that anymore.

2 days ago i submit a proposal and the client interviewed me and I won the job but I still not receiving the connects. instead, yesterday another client interview me and also I win the job and I just received the connect. but still not receiving the connect of the first job.

Thank you for your message. I see that you are referring to the proposal submitted on Sept 16. I checked and noticed that there was an offer sent directly to you on your proposal. Direct offers and invitations to interview from the client are not eligible for free Connects.

Hi, I have placed a proposal and got an interview with the client, responded to the interview, and no bonus connects added
The interview and resoponse  date is Tue Sep. 06 (10 days ago).
Also i had made interviews at these dates without any bonus

Thats another interviews with the same problem. The previous ticket for interview connects was for the interviews at 12 & 15 Sept. The current issue for interviews in 16 & 17 Sept.

In case you do award connects, do you count 48 from when the invite was sent, or when the interview was accomplished, and how would you even know if someone had an interview with a client?

Please review this decision. A lot of new freelancers rely on this feature. You cannot do this to many freelancers due to some rotten fish. Many freelancers don't have the luxury to raise bids or buy connections, Please review this decision.
