Did not receive Connects after interview

i Should Get 10 Connects After Winning an interview and Replying to it , well i didn't Get any Connects ?  does it take time or there is some kind of mistake ?

Hi all,

 

We are no longer awarding free Connects for every interview won or disclosing the number of Connects rewarded in these cases. Unfortunately, we learned from our community that some dishonest customers were gaming the system to get free Connects they didn’t deserve. We occasionally may still give out different amounts of Connects based on factors like the number of jobs available in the marketplace.

I had received two messages on Feb 19 from clients after submiting proposal,but i haven't received any free connects.

Hi,

I submitted proposal to a job a while ago. Yesterday, the client sent me an offer directly (without interviewing me first). So I guess the 10 connects that I was supposed to receive for winning an interview will not be awarded to me automatically. 

 

Can I still get those connects? Can someone please help?

Hi! Why is it I have not receive my free connects per month? I already waited 24 hours but no connects that has been credited to my account. Thanks!

Hi Andrea,

 

Thank you for your message. I see that your billing cycle starts on the 3rd of every month. Please allow 24-48 hours for the monthly Connects to be credited to your Upwork account. Feel free to reach us if you do not receive them after 48 hours.

I am not getting my connects back and free connects even after landing a job. Even after someone invited me for interview upwork did not return my connects back. What Should I do , I am really worried by this policy by upwork

I was happy that i willl get free connects but I didn't receive any connects.

Hi Muhammad,

 

We appreciate you reaching out to us. I have reviewed your account and I can confirm that Connects has just been awarded back to your account yesterday (14- August). Free Connects for winning interviews are credited within 24-48 hours from your first response to the client message on your proposals. If the job post you're referring to meets the guidelines and it's been more than 48 hours, please let me know which one it is so I could check this for you. You can validate these by going to Reports> Connect history

I have been interviewed by two clients dated 14 August 2022. But yet not received free connects. I wait for 48 hours and also try to contact Goran, but still, my problem is not solved.

Hi i'm new to upwork, i have recently withdrawn 2 proposals for a reason that the job proposal is taking too long or might be a reason is that too many competion for the job. I'm just thinking about my connects that have been consumed upon submission to the proposal, will they be returned or refunded?

Hi Benjie,

 

Your Connects are not returned if the client chooses another freelancer, lets the job expire without hiring, or if you withdraw your proposal from a project. You can read more about it here
