Did not receive Connects after interview

i Should Get 10 Connects After Winning an interview and Replying to it , well i didn't Get any Connects ?  does it take time or there is some kind of mistake ?

I haven't received connects after getting my proposal accepted. It's the second time I am facing the same issue

If the client does not have a hiring history, you won't get any. A bunch of freelancers cheated the system to get free Connects, so Upwork changed it. Connects for Interviews Won

hey thanks for reaching out. But i think it's unfair. Like it means we shouldn't be applying for such jobs so how will any client we be able to start hiring on upwork.

Few days before, i submit many proposal for jobs but i get interviewd only for 1 job Only

i was happy that i willl get free connects but i have not recived any connects,

And yesterday i submit for a job and after few minutes the job was deleted without interview or hiring, I also havn't recieved that connects back.

Have been said on Upwork, when you receive message, interview you will be giving 19 connect each.

But, I don't know what happen I received interview and accept it o don't receive my connect also send proposal and received message I don't still receive my connect.

I responded to some interviews recently but haven't gotten any connects. Previously I would get 10 connects for every interview I responded to however this time there are none. I wanted to know if Upwork changed it's connects policy and I somehow missed it.

Hello. I won an interview with an established upwork client on the 15th of January 2023 but i still haven't gotten any connect back.

I'll like to know if Upwork has stopped giving connects for interviews. I've recently had 3 interviews and I wasn't giving connects for any. It seems Upwork is no longer giving that 10 connects for interviews. Am I right or wrong? If I'm wrong then I want to know why I wasn't given connects for recent interviews I had

Hi David!

      I am sorry to tell you that Upwork is no more giving connect's through interviews because some freelancers even got 10 interviews per day and through they got a lot of connects and then they bid much higher where the intermediate freelancer cannot reach. So that's why Upwork remove this.

Hello Upwork Team!

I am facing similar issues (Not recieved free connects after getting interviewed/hired for the project) for the past 1 month. I had interviewed for a GIF project on 31st Jan and was also hired for that contract as well which I successfully completed it. Secondly, I had also interviewed/responded on 2 projects:

1) 2D Video Animator on Jan 21.

2) Motion Animation Project on Feb 06.

I have not received my 30 free connects for these 3  projects (One interviewed + Hired, 2 Interviewed ongoing). Its more than 10 days and I have checked my connects history on my profile also but have still not received the free connects. I have also attached the screenshots of the interviews for your reference.

Would request the Upwork Team to look into this and solve my issue. Thanks for your consideration.

My friends are getting connects on every interview. I even get replies from potential clients but still not getting any connect.
