Did not receive Payment has been Processed

Hi,

I withdrew my payment yesterday, Jan 1, but did not receive any confirmation that my payment has been processed. Please confirm. Thank yoy.

Yesterday was the first of January. A bank holiday. Now it is the the weekend. 

Direct to local bank payments are processed within 2 to 4 business days, which excludes holidays and weekends.
