Did not receive my free connects from my previous jobs

Hi, I got hired from 2 clients and I noticed that I did not receive my free connects. What could be the issue?

I got interview call from 2 clients from the proposal I sent. Both of them hired me. However, I did not receive the 10 free connects which I used to get earlier when I use to get response for my proposal. Attaching screenshot of proposal for which I got the interview call.
