Did not receive payment

My withdrawal from 29 April never reached my bank account. I suspect there was something wrong with the Swift code and already changed my bank account details to the correct ones. How long does it usually take for a payment to be rejected and refunded to the upwork balance? It's been 10 days now. Many thanks!
