Didn't get my connects back..

Hello Upwork,

I had applied to teo jobs yesterday. Today I got the message that the jobs have been removed there is no hiring on the posts but i still didn't get my connects back. Although previously if any job had been removed I got my connects back. Help asap I saw another great job where I want to apply but connects I have are not enough.
