Didn't get my profile Top-rated. Any reason please

My JSS is above 90%
My earning is above 1000$

and my eligible week is 13 of 16

but still didn't get my profile Top-rated. Any reason please?

Scroll down to the bottom of your My Stats Page- What does it say about Profile Completeness? It has to be 100%

It also takes a while after you made the earnings, when did you cross the $1000 line?

I have crossed the $1000 line last 3 weeks ago.
