Didn't get the free connects after received 2 interviews.

Dear Concern,

Recently i have got reply from 2 clients after submitting cover letter for job, 1 of them has offered the job to me and i have successfully completed the task.

But i didn't get any free connects regarding this 2 replies.

Would you please check and let me know why i m not getting those free connects?

Thank you for your message. Please note that you get free Connects for responding to the client's interview messages only to jobs where you applied initially by sending a proposal. Free Connects are credited within 24-48 hours on your Upwork account. I'll have one of our customer support agents reach out to you directly and assist you further on free Connects for the recently accepted offer.
