Didn't receive My payment in local bank Account???

I have made a request to release all the funds in my UpWork Account on  6/10/2019. Normally it used to reach within 2-3 days. Now, it has crossed the 4th day and I am still waiting.

Please kindly take necessary steps to resolve the matters soon.

I checked your account and see that you withdrew your funds last 6/6/2019. Direct to local bank payments take up to four business days to arrive at your bank.
