Hi Maria, don't worry the same thing happened to me 1 month ago. Customer Support will cancel your withdrawal and you'll be able to request funds again and I'm sure the issue will be resolved!

I withdrew money on November 14 via Local Funds Transfer and until now I haven't received the money in my account. Usually it takes up two days but it's been 4 days already. I already called up the bank and according to them they haven't received the payment. What I am wondering about is that there's 2 waithdrawals happened this week, on November 14 done by me which until now, I havent received and the automatic withdrawal on November 15 done by Upwork which I already received. So how come that I already received the automatic withdrawals in the same bank and the other one that was done 2 days before that automatic is still not in my account? Please, help me with this coz I need the money.

I'm also having the same issue, initiated the local wire transfer on November 15th, as per estimation the money should have been credited by November 18th. But the money is yet to be credited and my bank is asking for complete swift copy to track. But Upwork says they only act on this after 8 business days.

Please allow me to explain, the weekly billing period begins on Monday at 00:00 midnight UTC and ends on Sunday at 23:59 UTC, at which point your earnings are In review. Once this review period ends, there is a five-day security period after which your earnings, less Upwork fees, will become Available for withdrawal. You can read more about the weekly billing cycle here.
It looks like the funds are undergoing the 5-day security period, it gives the system time to process and clear the payments. Funds will become available for withdrawal as shown under the date details on your Transaction History page. Check this help article for more details.

So the transaction was processed on the 2nd of Aug and today is the 13th of Aug. This marks the 10th business day with no sign of the money arriving in my bank account. I would like you to please trace the transaction.
